| EXHIBITION CANCELLATIONS |
| In general, cancellation filed by the Exhibitors will not be accepted once the applications are approved. However, under any unavoidable circumstances, the Exhibitors are requested to submit the letter of cancellation in writing to the Organizing Committee for approval. |

• 30% of the total amount payable for cancellation: May 15, 2014
• 50% of the total amount payable for cancellation: May 16-31, 2014
• 100% of the total amount payable for cancellation: From June 1, 2014 |

The Booth is available in size of 3m*3m (Standard booth), 3m*2m (Academic booth). A request for an exhibition space is valid only when made in writing by the Exhibitor to the Secretariat by returning a completed and signed Exhibition Application Form. Once the signed application for an exhibition space is acknowledged by the Secretariat, it becomes legally binding on both parties.
